OmniVet · by TECHIVET
OmniVet is veterinary telehealth for pet parents and veterinarians: video visits, vet-approved care plans, e-prescriptions and health records in one connected product.

Overview
OmniVet connects pet owners with licensed veterinarians over video. Pet parents choose a vet and a time, meet from home, and leave with a vet-written care plan — and a prescription sent to their pharmacy when it's needed. OmniVet currently serves Florida and New York.
Browse real profiles — specialties, state licenses and open times — and book in a couple of minutes.
Share photos and records ahead of time. The vet can see your pet move, breathe or show the spot.
A vet-written summary, your records, and a prescription sent to your pharmacy when it's needed.
Core features
Built from the OmniVet product as it exists today — across the web app, the API and the native apps in development.
HD video visits that run right in the browser, with background blur — no downloads for pet parents.
Vets set weekly hours that turn into open slots. Pet parents pick a vet and a time, and the slot is held while they book.
Visits can be transcribed and drafted into SOAP notes and summaries. Nothing reaches a pet parent until the vet approves it.
Signed prescription PDFs written from the visit record, with pharmacy requests and refill requests in one flow.
Multiple pets per account, with photos, lab results and documents shared before a visit and kept for the next one.
Consultation chat with photos, PDFs and voice notes, so follow-up questions don't need another appointment.
Visit reminders and updates by email, SMS, push and in-app notification, with per-channel preferences.
Stripe-powered checkout, optional monthly memberships for pet parents, and Stripe Connect payouts for vets.

Supported roles
Pet parents, veterinarians and the operations team each get an experience designed for their part of the visit.
People who want a veterinarian's help without leaving home.
Licensed DVMs who want to practise online on their own hours.
Administrators who keep the service safe and running.

For veterinarians
OmniVet handles booking, payments, records and follow-up so veterinarians can focus on the medicine. An active license in Florida or New York is required today.
Set weekly hours, add date overrides or pause bookings. Pet parents can only book what you open.
Intake notes, photos, records and a patient-history digest sit next to the video.
Transcripts become draft SOAP notes and summaries for your review — edit, approve or discard.
Connect Stripe once and track every payout and earnings statement in your dashboard.
Platform ecosystem
OmniVet runs in the browser on computers, iPhones and Android phones today. Native iOS and Android apps for pet parents and veterinarians are in development.

The complete OmniVet experience runs in the browser: booking, video visits, chat, records, the veterinarian workspace and the operations console.
Security & privacy
Health records, prescriptions and payments deserve care from day one. These safeguards are built into the platform today.
Optional authenticator-app 2FA with backup codes, plus session and device management.
Sensitive secrets are encrypted at rest, files are served through short-lived signed links, and mobile sign-in tokens live in the device keychain.
Granular permissions for each team role, and an audit trail of administrative actions.
Licenses and insurance are reviewed by a person before a vet can be booked, and vets only see pets in states where they're licensed.
Checkout runs on Stripe's hosted, PCI-compliant payment page — card details never touch the platform's servers.
