Draft — pending legal review. This document is a working draft and has not yet been approved. It will be replaced with the final version before TECHIVET relies on it.
1. Scope
This policy covers the TECHIVET corporate website at techivet.com. OmniVet is a separate application with its own accounts and data; its handling of personal and pet health information is described in the OmniVet Privacy Policy.
2. Information we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, organization (optional), inquiry type and message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver and secure the site. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
3. How we use information
We use contact form submissions only to read and respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal information.
4. Sharing
Contact submissions are delivered to our team through a messaging or email service that acts on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law.
5. Retention and security
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect them.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent through the contact form by submitting a request through the same form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
